EXISTING BOOKINGS:
1. Will my existing booking with Cathay Holidays be impacted?
There will be no impact on bookings made with Cathay Holidays on or before 16 May 2024.
For bookings made on Cathay Holidays powered by Expedia, visit Manage Booking and enter your booking email address and the 13-digit itinerary number to retrieve your booking details.
ONLINE BOOKING:
1. What payment methods can I use?
We accept credit and debit cards.
Reserve now, pay later is available for selected hotel bookings only.
2. What merchant descriptor name will appear in my credit card statement?
Your booking will appear in your statement as EG*CATHAY PACIFIC.
3. How will l know if my booking was successful?
Once you have successfully made a booking, you will be directed to a confirmation page displaying a booking confirmation number.
You'll also receive a booking confirmation via email. Please check your inbox, spam and junk folders.

MANAGE BOOKING:
1. How do I manage my Cathay Holidays powered by Expedia booking?
To change or cancel your booking, simply:
1. Visit the Cathay Holidays powered by Expedia website.
2. Go to "Manage Booking".
3. Enter your booking email address and 13-digit itinerary number to retrieve your booking.
4. Alternatively, click on "See your itinerary" or the resource page link provided in your confirmation email.
Note: changes and cancellations are subject to the booking terms and conditions.
2. How do I check-in for my flight?
Visit Cathay > Online check-in.

EARNING ASIA MILES:
1. Will I still earn miles for Cathay Holidays powered by Expedia bookings?
Yes, all Cathay Holidays powered by Expedia bookings will be eligible to earn miles.
2. How can I earn miles for flight and hotel packages?
For package bookings, please ensure you enter your Cathay membership number for the following field(s) on the “Review and rebook” page during booking:
- Frequent flyer, TSA PreCheck and more > Frequent flyer programme
- Cathay membership number
3. What is the earning rates for bookings made through Cathay Holidays powered by Expedia's website?
Green tier members: every SGD 0.86 = 1 Asia Mile.
Silver tier members or above: every SGD 0.69 = 1 Asia Mile.
4. Is there a maximum mileage limit for bookings made through Cathay Holidays powered by Expedia's website?
A maximum of 10,000 miles can be earned for all bookings on Cathay Holidays powered by Expedia.
Note: the maximum miles earned during promotional periods may vary. Please refer to the applicable terms and conditions for further information.
5. When will my miles be credited to my Cathay membership account for Cathay Holidays powered by Expedia bookings?
Your miles will be credited within 6-8 weeks from the completion of your booking.
6. Can I still claim missing miles if I did not enter my membership number when booking?
If you have not completed the booking:
- For flight miles, please visit Cathay Pacific > Manage Booking and add your Cathay membership number before departure.
- For hotel miles, please contact Customer Care.
If you have completed the booking, you may claim missing miles within six months of the travel date by following the steps below:
- Sign in to your Cathay membership account
- Go to “Account overview”
- Navigate to “Manage miles”
For flight miles, fill in the “Claim airline Status Points / miles” section.
For non-flight miles, please contact Customer Care.
Please note that claims will not be accepted six months after your travel date.
7. Am I eligible to earn Status Points for Cathay Holidays powered by Expedia bookings?
Yes, all Cathay Holidays powered by Expedia bookings will be eligible to earn Status Points.
To find out how many Status Points you'll earn, please visit Cathay > Manage Booking.
FLIGHT DELAYS AND CANCELLATIONS:
1. What happens to my package booking if my flight is delayed?
Flights:
You'll receive emails from Cathay Pacific and Expedia about your new flight arrangements.
Hotels and experiences:
